Katie Shaffer, NC State MSE alum and UC Santa Barbara MSE Ph.D. Candidate
It is with joy and immense pride that we are saying congratulations and farewell to our first undergraduate team member, Katie Shaffer. Katie completed her bachelors in MSE and graduated with full honors in the spring of 2022. Katie has been accepted to the Materials Department at the University of California at Santa Barbara, where she will begin work on her MSE Ph.D. Have fun there!
