Graduation Ceremony

NC State Materials Science and Engineering welcomes guests to celebrate our graduates each spring.

Doors 1:30 p.m. | Ceremony 2:00 p.m.

MSE undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students who have applied to graduate are invited to participate in the spring Graduation Ceremony. An email will be sent to all students who have applied to graduate at the end of March with the ceremony RSVP form.

Join us for a reception in the first-floor atrium of Engineering Building I after the ceremony.

Parking

The parking decks on Centennial Campus are free and open to the public during graduation ceremonies.

Guest Seating

Seating is limited. Students are guaranteed 6 seats for guests. Additional seats can be requested in the student RSVP form. More information will be emailed to graduates.

Ceremony Recording

The MSE Department will record and post the ceremony after the event

Continue straight and the Auditorium is in front of you.

From the Oval

Enter the library building.
Take the elevator down to the first floor.
Turn left and continue toward the exterior doors.
Turn right and the Auditorium doors are on your right.
