Open Positions

Thank you for your interest in working with our group! Below are general guidelines for research openings:

We are hiring undergraduate researchers for the summer!

A 10-week internship opportunity for 12 students on semiconductors of the future.

Last year, we had a wonderful experience hosting 12 talented undergraduate students from across the United States as part of the first edition of the Research Triangle – Research Experience for Undergraduates in Hybrid Perovskite Materials. Our RT-REU program is hosted by North Carolina State University, Duke University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and offers a mix of science, engineering and North Carolina BBQ (THE best).
This year, David Mitzi, James Cahoon, and Aram Amassian are once again gearing up to host the second crop of 12 students from May to July. Talented, curious and motivated students nationwide are encouraged to apply!
