Multiscale molecular modeling as applied to

  • self-assembly of novel nucleic acid based materials;
  • design and properties of biological nanoparticles and nanomaterials;
  • structure-function relation and tertiary structure prediction of RNA molecules, RNA-RNA and RNA-protein interactions;
  • interactions of radiation and laser light with polymeric, composite, and biological materials;
  • mechanisms of cellulose biosynthesis
