Violation is taken as an immediate resignation from the Zhu group.

Examples of Behaviors that violate the code:
* Changing or fabricating experimental data
* Plagiarize other's work
* Using advisor's name to publish a paper without advisor's approval
* Release experimental data without advisor's permission
