The College of Engineering held an open house for prospective students on April 12 at Carmichael Gym and throughout the College of Engineering. Students, parents, and councilors came from all over to see what we had to offer.

Nano Ice Cream

Associate Professor Mark Johnson explains the nano ice cream process. Nano ice cream is ice cream frozen with liquid nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen cools the ice cream at a rapid rate, precipitating super fine grained (nano) ice cream.
