MSE Freshman Scholarships
The Department of Materials Science and Engineering will award twelve $1000 scholarships to entering Fall freshman. To be eligible you must be classified as an MSU freshman. Scholarship selection is a two-step process:
Step 1: Complete the scholarship application and write a short essay (1 page maximum, single spaced) describing your high school achievements and interest in materials science and engineering.
Step 2: Bring your scholarship application and essay to the MSE Freshman Welcome Luncheon. The 2007 luncheon will be held at:

3035 Enginering Building I (EB I)
You must attend this meeting to be eligible for a scholarship.
