Professional Experience

Seiji joined North Carolina State University in the Fall of 2002. He is a doctoral student in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, and a member of the Laboratory for Research in Wide Bandgap Materials.

Before joining this group at North Carolina State University, Seiji studied the growth of n-type semiconductor diamond under the supervision of Dr. Atsuhito Sawabe in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at Aoyamagakuin University, Japan.

Current Research Projects

Seiji is working on the growth and characterization of group III-nitride thin film.
